Two new delicious dishes from The Saucy Fish Co

Hitting Tesco stores this month are two delicious new fish dishes from The Saucy Fish Co, reports with reference to The Saucy Fish Co.

As the nights draw in and temperatures drop, Saucy's Smoked Haddock with Davidstow Cheddar and Chive Sauce is set to be a treat of a winter warmer. The creamy richness of the mature cheese balances brilliantly with the delicately smoked flavour of the tender and flaky haddock - all topped off with a sprinkling of chives makes this a most flavoursome of fish dishes.

Quick and convenient to prepare - just pop in the oven for 15 minutes in its sealed foil bake bag. The perfectly blended cheesy sauce seeps gently into the smoked haddock fillet - part-steaming and part-baking it for the most succulent dish.

It's scrumptious served with crusty buttered farmhouse bread, or a heap of creamy mashed potato, it's the ultimate in comfort food.

And as summer months and holidays are now little more than a distant memory, dream of warmer climes with Saucy's other fish dish with an exotic twist.

Salmon with Sweet chilli, lime and ginger fuses succulent salmon fillets with sweet chilli, tangy lime and warm ginger to make a sizzling salmon dish. Simply oven bake, pan fry or grill the salmon fillets and then drizzle the fresh dressing. Serve with noodles, rice or stir fried vegetables.

Using only ingredients you could find in the kitchen The Saucy Fish Co. aims to make eating delicious fish dishes accessible to everyone - no matter how confident in the kitchen or how much time they have to spare.

These two new range additions will be available in Tesco stores and online at from Friday 27 September 2010 and are each priced at £4 RRP, serving two.

The 13-strong range comprises five fish and sauce products, five stand-alone sauces and five succulently mouthwatering foil bake bag fish-sauce pairings.

All Saucy Fish Co. products come from sustainable sources.
