Russia's Federal Fisheries Agency introducing restrictions for Caspian fisheries

Russia's Federal Fisheries Agency has introduced restrictions for fisheries in the Caspian Sea, reports www.fishnet-russia.com (www.fishnet.ru) with reference to the Agency.

More specifically, under the order No.494 dated 10 June 2009 in 2009 the Federal Fisheries Agency has induced a ban on the dedicated pike fishery in the Caspian Sea and in the inland waters of the Astrakhan region.
