Russian vets changing list of foreign plants/vessels approved for export to Russian Federation
Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) has changed the list of plants/vessels from Ireland, Slovenia and New Zealand approved for export to Russian Federation, reports http://www.megafishnet.com/ (https://www.fishnet.ru/) with reference to the Service.
More specifically, according to the Service's Directive No. FS-GK-4/4193 dated 4 May 2010, the following changes in the list of processing and storing plants/vessels from Republic of Ireland, Republic of Slovenia, New Zealand approved for exportation to the Russian Federation have been approved.
1. To the list of fish and non-finfish processing, storing plants of Ireland approved for export to Russia the following plant has been added:

Also the following changes are observed:
- the type of business of the plant IE СК 0043 ЕС, Fastnet Mussels Lid. has been changed from «Ready, frozen and live whole unpeeled mussels" to «Fish, fish products- and nonfinfish products».
2. To the list of fish and non-finfish processing, storing plants of Slovenia approved for export to Russia the following plant has been added:

3. To the list of fish and non-finfish processing plants/vessels from New Zealand approved for export to the Rusian Federation the following plants have been added as given in the table below.
The Directive of Rosselkhoznadzor No. FS-PS-4/3843 dated 22 April 2010 in the part concerning exclusion of Icelandic plants No. A637 S1 ehf and А516 Akraborg ehf from the list of Icelandic plants approved for export fish, fish products and non-finfish products to Russia shall consider to be invalid.
