Russian vets approving more fish processors from Spain, Latvia and Canada
Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Rosselkhoznadzor has introduced more fish processing plants and vessels additionally approved for export to Russia, reports www.fishnet-russia.com (www.fishnet.ru) with reference to the Service.
The new lists have been approved under the Service's directive No.FS-GK-4/13860 dated 27 November 2009.
1. The list of Spanish fish processing plants/vessels for export to the Russian Federation now includes the following companies:

Besides, the vets have introduced the following amendment: the number of the company Varepi, S.L. has been changed from 12.13991/LU to 12.13991/PO.
2. The list of Latvian fish processing plants/vessels approved for export to the Russian Federation now includes the following companies:

Besides, the vets have excluded the following companies from the list of approved plants: SIA Ulmes (A 000298), SIA Carnikavas konservi (A 002832), SIA Antares Latgale (A 014083) and LSEZ SIA PK Invest (A 021056).
