Russian Sea Group and Murmansk Government signed a partnership agreement on effective usage of investment potential of Murmansk region in field of Aquaculture Industry development

Within the framework of the Second Arctic Murmansk International Economic Forum in Murmansk OJSC "Russian Sea Group" and the Government of Murmansk region signed a partnership agreement, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Russian Sea Group.

The subject of the agreement is the establishment of relations of strategic partnership and cooperation of the Parties in the effective usage of investment potential of Murmansk region in the field of development of aquaculture industry in arrangement of fish rearing for sale, coastal fish processing and infrastructure. The Document was signed by the chairman of Board of directors of OJSC "Russian Sea Group" Maksim Y. Vorobiev  and the Governor of Murmansk region Dmitry V. Dmitrienko.

In accordance with the Agreement the Parties are going to formulate and implement the projects aimed at intense exploitation of potential of aquaculture waters for development of fish rearing for sale. As a part of implementation of this Agreement the projects will be focused on production of high-quality raw fish, increase of share of Russian production in the market and solution of important social issues of outlying coastal settlements of Murmansk region, including boosting employment.
Within the frameworks of the subject of the Agreement OJSC "Russian Sea Group" is going to take part in investment, social and national top-priority projects and regional development programs, planned for implementation within the territory of Murmansk region. According to the results of the abovementioned projects it is planned to increase the share of on-site produced raw fish, used in the Company's production.
