Russian exports of freshwater fish fillets to Netherland and Poland

Polish import of frozen freshwater fish fillets from Russian Federation has increased since 2006.

Namely, the import increased from 135 tons in Jan-Aug 2006 to 342 tons during the same period in 2007. In terms of unit value, it amounted to EUR4.85 per kilo in comparison with EUR4.54 per kilo in 2006, according to Globefish.

The share of Russian export to the Netherlands in the nation's import amounted to 3% in Jan.-Aug 2007. The volume has come up to 704 tons from 65 tons in 2006. The unit value has increased to EUR6.49 in 2007.
