August 8, 2007 16:12

Further reports of Rosselkhoznadzor say that checks of the Vietnamese plans will be continued so that after elimination of faults the currently approved list of 11 plants could be extended.

Until the end of August 2007 another team of Russian veterinaries will fly to Vietnam in order to explain to their Vietnamese colleagues norms and requirements of the Russian veterinary and sanitary legislation as well as to continue checking local plants.

A spokesman of Rosselkhoznadzor has told https://www.fishnet.ru/ that Vietnam is interested to continue and enlarge fish supplies to Russia. On the other hand, Russia is interested in importing fish from Vietnam, but the Russian consumer certainly deserves safe and high quality products, the spokesman said.
