Rosselkhoznadzor published list of approved and black-listed foreign suppliers to Russian Federation

Due to multiple inquiries coming to Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Rosselkhoznadzor about foreign plants approved for export of their seafood products to Russian Federation, the government body has issued the list of plants of those suppliers whose seafood products come to Russian seafood market. The list of plants (both approved for export to Russia and banned for exportation to Russian Federation) follows below in accordance with the release received by http://www.fishnet-russia.com/ on 30 January 2008.

Argentina

Thus, 8 plants from Argentina have been approved for export to Russia, namely,474, 475, 2251, 2756, 3144, 3282, 3643, 4028.

There are 14 plants which have been stripped of the right for exportation to Russia, in particular, ЕСС N2 3166, 405, 2125, 2214, 2265, 2267, 2360, 2744, 2751, 4013, 4097, 4302, 4403, 4454.

Vietnam

There are 24 Russia's approved suppliers from Vietnam, they are: DL 07, DL 09, DL 14, DL 19, DL 33, DL 65, DL 69, DL 126, DL 132, DL 185, DL 272, DL 308, DL 324, DL 347, DL 365, DL 376, DL 384, DL 405, HK 52, HK67, HK 80, HK 128, HK 155, HK 173.

19 plants from Vietnam have been refused the right to export their products to Russia. They are: DL 06, DL 20, DL 34, DL 72, DL 79, DL 85, DL 120, DL 152, DL 180, DL 183, DL 223, DL 295, DL 314, DL 318, DL 333, DL 379, DL 380, DL 386, DL 408.

Danish supplier on Russian market the Fiskernes Fiskeidustri (FF Skagen) has lost the approval for export to Russia, as well as two plants from India (Ap/111 and N999), a plant from Turkey TR 483040212, one plant from Mauritania Mine Shipping&Trading Co.LTD, one plant from Ecuador N197, one plant from South Korea Donglim seafood Co and a Canadian plant RN 3537, a spokesman of Rosselkhoznadzor told http://www.fishnet-russia.com/.

China

The leader among the countries whose plants have not got Russian vets' approval is China. Namely, there are 46 plants whose products have been stopped for import to Russian market, they are: N 2100/02005, N 2100/02062, N 2100/02118, N 2100/02172, N 2100/02173, N 2100/02221, N 2100/02323, N 2100/02385, N 2100/02567, N 2100/02833, N 2100/02999, N 3300/02015, N 3300/02033, N 3300/02034, N 3300/02042, N 3300/02051, N 3300/02057, N 3300/02074, N 3300/02078, N 3300/02229, N 3300/02430, N 3500/02030, N 3500/02036, N 3500/02073, N 3500/02109, N 3500/02168, N 3500/02193, N 3700/02441, N 3700/02523, N 3700/02603, N 3700/02647, N 3700/02789, N 3700/02791, N 3700/02801, N 3700/02826, N 3700/02910, N 4400/02116, N 4400/02183, N 4400/02185, N 4400/02212, N 4400/02250, N 4400/02261, N 4400/02305, N 4600/02026, N 4600/02028, N 4600/02043.

Iceland

42 plants from Iceland have the approval for export of their seafood products to Russian Federation, more specifically: IS-01116, IS-01307, IS-01330, IS-01403, IS-01621, IS-01705, IS-01709, IS-01710, IS-01711, IS-01713, IS-01737, IS-01805, IS-01806, IS-05110, IS-05405, IS-05502, IS-05504, IS-05601, IS-05606, IS-05613, IS-30802, IS-50402, IS-60104, IS-60107, IS-60108, IS-60109, IS-60113, IS-60124, IS-60201, IS-60205, IS-60301, IS-60403, IS-60409, IS-60601, IS-60645. IS-61201, IS-61602, IS-61604, IS-61605, IS-61701, IS-61801, IS-63608. Such plants as IS-40601 and IS-50304 have not been approved yet.

The Baltic States

There are 28 plants from Latvia approved for export to Russia (А 002425, A 000104, A 000298, A 000317, A 000658, A 001022, A 001068, A 001784, A 002292, A 002832, A 004508, A 004509, A 010056, A 017294, A 018522, A 018673, A 021056, A 028689, А 000961, А 004549, А 007308, А 014083, LV 28 Z, LV 36 Z, LV 44 Z, LV 59 Z, LV 114 Z, LV 122 Z). 9 Lithuanian plants have the approval of Russian vets (LT-004, LT-005, LT-008, LT-009, LT-014, LT-015, LT-016, LT 25-01 EB, LT 41-27 EB) and 35 Estonian plants have been approved as well, namely: EE 213 EU, EE 218 EU, EE 274 EU, EE 433 EU, EE 439 EU, EE 472 EU, ЕЕ 495 EU, EE 509 EU, EE 516 EU, EE 523 EU, EE 525 EU, N 202, N 207, N 210, N 215, N 217, N 226, N 228, N 233, N 237, N 242, N 244, N 249, N 251, N 254, N 255, N 259, N 412, N 434, N 437, N 449, N 450, N 459, N 460, N 469). The plant N 408 has no approval to export its products to Russian Federation.

Norway

The following 16 plants from Norway have been approved to export salmon products to the Russian market: F-480, H-107, M-394, N-169, N-742, SF-364, SF-222, ST-337, ST-400, ST-423, T-120, T-126, T-380, Н-82, N-1115, F-430. There are 9 plants which are not allowed to export their seafood products to Russia, in particular they are: H-109, H-220, H-72, N-1041, N-108, N-127, N-234, T-436, NT-145. Seven Norwegian plants have been approved for export of pelagic fish species products to Russia, more specifically, N-1036, N-655, N-830, N-902, T-274, T-314, Т-212, and 9 plants have not been approved for export to the Russian market: N-541, R 141, SF-122, SF-127, SF-72, М-314, М-390, М-667-3, Н-72.

Peru

There are 7 Peruvian plants approved for export to Russia - H-007-RAZ-CRPS, P 009-PAI-IDPS, P 020-PAI-PSHY, H-065-BAY CRPS, H-072-CHI-CRFS, H-148-CHA-PCFS, P 166-PAI-PRSA.

Uruguay

Eleven plants from Uruguay have been approved for exportation to Russia (B/P Atlantic Jane, B/P Coral ZV- 44, B/P Nilto I, B/P Zurita ZV- 126, B/P Zurita ZV- 126, Novabarka S.A., Fripur S.A., Clain S.A., Industrial Serrana S.A., Urexport S.A., Arteva S.A).

Chile

Five Chilean plants have at present the Russian vets' approval, namely 8123, 8323, 10156, 10160, 10217.

Faroese plant FO 114 and 8 Thai plants (N 1055, N 1196, N 2005, N 2007, N 2013, N 2043, N 3051, N 3128) have been approved for export to the Russian Federation as well. Such Thai plants as N 1167 and N 1256 have got no approval of the Russian vet authorities.
