Rosselkhoznadzor introduced temporary restrictions for seafood importation from some Korean and Icelandic plants

In connection with the disclosure of mercury in a 2.4-tonnes lot of flying fish shipped to the Russian Federation from the Korean fish processing plant Donglim Seafood Co. and listeria in a 32-tonne lot of capelin roe shipped from the Icenadic plant IS-01713, Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Rosselkhoznadzor has introduced temporary restrictions for seafood imports from the above mentioned plants as of 18 June 2007.
