Registration for the Asian Seafood Exposition 2010 is now open, , reports http://www.megafishnet.com with reference to the organizers Diversified Business Communications (Diversified).

The organizers say that the Asian Seafood Exposition is Asia-Pacific and Hong Kong's premier seafood trade event - where retail and foodservice buyers and distributors will see hundreds of suppliers of live, fresh, frozen and packaged seafood products, equipment and services from around the world.

The Asian Seafood Exposition will be held in Hong Kong, September 7-9, 2010.

The new event will be held in conjunction with Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong, a trade show for the hospitality sector.  Asia Business Events, now Diversified Hong Kong, launched Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong in 2002. The event focuses on high quality goods and services for hospitality operators in Hong Kong, Macau and the southeastern region of Mainland China, and attracts more than 8,000 visitors each year.

Hong Kong is home to more than 7 million people and enjoys a growing and competitive seafood market, with a total value of $2.1 billion of imported fish and seafood products in 2008, according to the USDA FAS Gain Report - HK700
