Provisional results of Russia's APO Okhotsk fishery (A season) in 2011

According to provisional figures, results, the total harvest of Alaska pollock in the A season 2011 in the Sea of Okhotsk exceeded 800,000 tonnes, 30,000 tonnes up on the same period 2010, according to Russian Fish Insider Report and http://www.megafishnet.com/.

The season ended on 10 April 2011 while in 2010 the pollock season in the area lasted till 20 April due to later start of the spawning period.
