New sanitary regulations for seafood glazing came into force
On 1 October 2010 new sanitary regulations for seafood glazing came into force, reports http://www.megafishnet.com/.
More specifically, on 1 October 2010 a new addendum No.17 to the Rule 2.3.21078-01 came into force according to which the share of the glaze should not exceed 5% of net weight in case of frozen fish; 6% of net weight in case of shrimp; 8% in case of other marine species.
