Morpol submits listing application to Oslo Bors

Morpol ASA submitted an application for listing on Oslo Bors. The application is expected to be considered at the board meeting of Oslo Bors on 16 June 2010. Morpol has engaged DnB NOR Markets, Pareto Securitiesand ABG Sundal Collier as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners for the IPO, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Morpol.
