Chilean Ambassador kicking off campaign to promote Patagonia Mussel Brand in Russia
Dedicated press-conference of Chilean Ambassador to Russia scheduled for 12 September current is starting a massive campaign to promote Patagonia Mussel Brand on the nation's seafood market, according to Trade Delegation of Chile in Russia.
Apart from the conference proper, the event is enhanced with a treatment of the audience to various mussel dishes prepared by a famous Chilean chef.
The Russian consumers are to be made aware of the four key attributes of the Chilean mussel: high quality, farming in the pure and clean waters of the South Pacific, healthy and natural, and native to Chile.
In 2010 Russia imported 1850 MT of Chilean mussels and it is hoped that during the next three years the volume will be tripled as a result of the campaign.
