Marine Harvest ASA released fresh mandatory notification of trade

Marine Harvest ASA has released its next routine mandatory notification of trade, reports www.fishnet-russia.com   with reference to the company’s official release.

According to the notification, Profond Holding A/S a company owned by Marine Harvest Chairman Ole-Eirik Lerøy has been assigned the rights and obligations in a 30 million shares TRS agreement reported by Geveran Trading  January 14th . The TRS agreement matures December 15, 2011, and the exercise price on the agreement is NOK 4,9825 per share.Geveran Tradings and affiliated parties  ownership in Marine Harvest ASA are following this transaction unchanged 1,079,632,775 shares, constituting 30,1 % of the issued capital.

In addition Geveran Trading still hold TRS agreements with an underlying net exposure to 70,000,000 shares.Ole-Eirik Lerøy and Companies affiliated holds in total  10,200,000 shares in Marine Harvest and have after this transaction TRS agreements with exposure to further 30,000,000 shares.
