Marine Harvest ASA (NO) - Extraordinary General Meeting held - NOK 0.20 dividend per share approved
The proposed dividend of NOK 0.20 per share was approved by the General Meeting, reports www.megafishnet.com (www.fishnet.ru) with reference to Marine Harvest.
The dividend will be paid out to all shareholders on record in the Shareholder's Register on 23 August 2010. The dividend will be paid out on 2 September 2010.
The Marine Harvest share will be trading ex-dividend from 24 August 2010.
