Marine Harvest ASA - Update after the end of Q4 2010

In connection with the presentation of the Q3 2010 results, Marine Harvest guided a total harvest volume of 87 thousand tonnes (HOG) for Q4 2010, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Marine Harvest.

Notes:
(1) The harvest volumes are provided in head on gutted (HOG) equivalents. The figures include salmonid species only.

Operational EBIT for the Group was approximately NOK 1,050 million in Q4 2010.
Operational EBIT per kg for MH Norway was approximately NOK 13 in the quarter.
The Group's estimated harvest volume for 2011 has been increased by 18 thousand tonnes (HOG), to 340 thousand tonnes (HOG), relative to the guidance provided in connection with the Q3 2010 presentation.
Close to 50% of the increase is related to MH Norway. MH Norway's customers are showing a strong interest for entering into contracts with duration throughout 2011 at prices up to NOK 40 per kg (HOG, FCA Oslo).
