List of Ukrainian plants approved for export to Russian Federation
More specifically, according to the Service's Directive FS-GK-4/13898 dated from 09 November 2010, as of 16 December 2009 the following Ukrainian plants/vessels are allowed to export their fish, fish products and non-finfish products to the Russian Federation:

The fish and non-finfish products produced at Ukrainian processing plants out of raw materials processed at the plants from third countries not approved for exportation to the territory of the Russian Federation shall not to be imported to the Russian Federation.
The products with a vet certificate containing no information about the origin of raw materials (country, number and name of the supplying plant) as of 1 December 2010 shall not be cleared and imported onto the territory of the Russian Federation.
