Leroy Seafood Group ASA reports new appointments

The Board of Directors of Leroy Seafood Group ASA (LSG) has March 29(th)
received a notice of termination of employment from its CEO Alf-Helge Aarskog, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Leroy Seafood.
The company thanks Mr. Aarskog for his great efforts within LSG and wish him all success in his new employment.

The Board of Directors has on a temporary basis appointed Deputy CEO Henning Beltestad as new CEO of LSG.  Mr.  Beltestad is 41 years old and holds a Diploma degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). He has been employed in various positions with the LSG group since 1993. Beltestad has been a member of the executive Group Management since 2008, being responsible for Sales and Distribution.

The Board of Directors has further appointed Stig Nilsen on a temporary basis to the position of Group Director of Fish Farming. Stig Nilsen is 51 years old, and holds an Agronomist degree in addition to being educated within the field of aquaculture. Mr. Nilsen has been employed with LSG since 2003 and has held the position of CEO in Lerøy Aurora AS from 2003. He has extensive experience from the seafood sector previously to his employment with LSG, including experience from the fish feed sector.
