Leading Sakhalin-based fishing company to take over holder of Pollock and crab quotas
The general assembly of Imeni Kirova fishing co-op have decided have decided to take the establishment to recovery in cooperation with the Sakhalin's leading fishing and processing business ZAO Gidrostroy Company.
Since 1997 the fishing company Imeni Kirova has been in administration being unable to handle its liabilities. Currently, the company's debt amounts to more than RUB100,000,000.
One of the leading Sakhalin-based fishing companies ZAO Gidrostroy has come forward with the ambitious plan to buy all the debts of the Imeni Kirova cooperative, to develop and expand the production facilities. At the general meeting the co-op members have unanimously voted for this decision.
Meanwhile, the Gidrostroy executives have notified all the creditors about the plans to buy the liabilities of Imeni Kirova co-op.
