Talks between Rosselkhoznadzor and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia in the Russian Federation Dato’ Hayati Ismail

In the course of the working meeting held on March 24 in Moscow the parties discussed the prospects of trade and economic cooperation development between Russia and Malaysia. In particular the Malaysian party expressed its interest in export of fish and sea products to Russia, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Rosselkhoznadzor.

The parties agreed that as soon as the Rosselkhoznadzor receives the previously requested information from the Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture, the information will be considered and taken as a basis for the decision on inspection of Malaysian fish processing plants interested in export of their products to Russia. In order to improve communication and cooperation efficacy the parties exchanged the contacts of designated persons.
