Belryba winning 8 awards for its products

GTP UP Belryba, one of the largest importers and producers of smoked and marinated seafood in Belarus, has won eight awards in a tasting competition supported by Belarus State Certification and Standardization Institute (BelGISS) and MinskExpo, reports www.fishnet-russia.com (www.fishnet.ru) with reference to Belryba.

The eight awards give the company the right to label its products under GUST sign which is a Russian abbreviation from Guarantee of Success of Modern Goods.

Belryba has become a winner in the following nominations:

"Salted fish" for Atlantic herring headed gutted and tailed with spices;

"Salted fish" for Marine trout fillets lightly salted;

"Hot and cold smoked fish" for Trout fillets lightly smoked;

"Hot and cold smoked fish" for Atlantic salmon chunk hot smoked;

"Laminaria salads" for Laminaria salad with marine mushroom and for Laminaria in Korean style with mushrooms;

"Original product" for Herring fillets (pieces) boiled in jelly with vegetables;

"Preserved fish" for preserves from dressed fish Herring fillets (pieces) in oil and Herring fillets (pieces) in oil Aromatnoye;

"Canned fish" for canned fish sterilized Baltic sprat w/r in tomato sauce and Freshwater fish small roasted in tomato sauce.
