More specifically, in 2010 the company has become the fourth largest seafood exporter in volume terms. Its shipments to the Russian market rose from 5,852.550 metric tons in 2009 to 22,250.558 tonnes. Thus, its share on the Russian market also increased from 0.67% in 2009 to 2.54% in 2010 which let the company ascend from the 33rd to the 4th place in the rating of seafood exporters to Russia.
As for the customs value of the company's shipments, in 2010 the totaled RUR789,753,567 (market share 1.29%) up from RUR226,792,722 in 2009.
The main Russian importers of Ice Fresh Seafood' products in 2010 were OOO FLYFISH with the shipments' volume of 18,559.667 tonnes, OOO KORALL with 3,404.727and OOO STROITEL with 155.220 tonnes.
Ice Fresh Seafood is fully owned by Samherji which is vertically integrated and exports its own production under the "Ice Fresh Seafood" brand.
