TACs 2012 in NAFO zone and Russian fish capture quotas approved

TACs 2012 for cod, ocean perch, Greenland halibut and other species in the NAFO zone have been set at 113,378 MT to display a decline from 142,450 MT in 2011, reports http://www.megafishnet.com/.

The Russian quotas for fishery in the NAFO zone (Northwest Atlantic) in the year 2012 have been set at 22,100 MT, down from 32,577 MT in the current year 2011.
