Export quotas for Russian sturgeon caviar and meat in 2007
CITES Secretariat has approved the following quotas 2007 for export of products from Russian sturgeon harvested in the Caspian Sea: Russian sturgeon - 20,000 kilos of caviar and 100,000 tonnes of meat, Persian sturgeon - 5000 kilos of meat, sterlet - 1000 kilos of meat, sevruga - 3500 kilos of caviar and 20,000 kilos of meat.
