Exotic fish range to be launched by Saint-Petersburg fish combine

In a drive to satisfy growing consumer demand for exotic fish, Saint-Petersburg-based fish processing combine ROK-5 has launched a range of tilapia products, both chilled and frozen.

Now the combine offers frozen tilapia fillets in 500-gram vacuum packs, 15 packs per 7.5 kilo carton. The product's shelf life is 5 months at the temperature of minus 18 degrees C.

In the near future the combine is planning to add two more species to its exotic range.
