Ecologically safe seafood smoking line commissioned in Russia

Saint-Petersburg-based processor ZAO Baltiisky Bereg has launched ecologically safe fish smoking line including the equipment made by the European producers, reports ( with reference to the company.

Special ovens enable production both of cold and hot smoked fish. The product range includes hot smoked Baltic herring, capelin both hot and cold smoked, hot smoked cod and pink salmon. In the near future Baltiisky Bereg is planning to expand the range with small freshwater fish species.
