Congalsa presents its new products in the European Seafood Exposition

In Hall 6, stand 1215 Congalsa will show their new products for he battered, breaded, dough and natural lines, reports with reference to Congalsa.

Congalsa, specialized in the production and elaboration of precooked deep frozen products made of fish and seafood, will attend for the fifteenth consecutive time the European Seafood Exposition, one of the largest fairs in Europe, that will take place in Brussels from May 3rd until May 5th.

Congalsa will attend the fair with its own stand on Hall 6 1215, where they'll exhibit their current references and their new developments from the battered, breaded, dough and natural lines.

From the breaded line they'll present the Breaded Mussel, with no artificial colouring or preservatives and the Breaded Tuna delicious Yellow fin tuna portions with a crunchy breading and easy to digest due to a Light touch of oil, both products for frying pan and oven use. In the battered product line, stands out the Stuffed Mussel with a homemade texture and flavour, it can be served as an appetizer or accompanying a first plate due to its size. The Frozen Waffles from their dough line for turnover, pot pies and other salty or sweet recipes. Easy to prepare and ready to eat in minutes whether fried or baked.
