The new revolutionary BAADER 581 Filleting Machine can be seen in production.

Additional to that the company will introduce new Heading, Nobbing and Cutting Machine - Baader 218 - for small Herring, Sardines and Sardinella. We can do vacuum nobbing or meachanical nobbing due to customers demand. A special cutting device makes it possible to perform a head or tail orientated customized length cut.

The Separator BAADER 601 will also be shown with product to demonstrate that the customers can make money out of waste with the original Baader-Press-Separation Method. The Baader 601 is well know for its restmeat recovery on trimming, frames etc.
