INARCTICA: proactive biologists behind company’s success
INARCTICA's biologists monitor the health of fish on sea cage and onshore farms around the clock to ensure that every kilogram of final products is safe and of high quality.
INARCTICA's sustainable growth is based not only on modern salmon and trout farming technologies, but also on people who take care of fish health every day at all stages of its life.
The biological service of the company takes care of fish from fry to market size, monitoring its condition, environmental quality and biosafety of farms. The service's specialists work both onshore and at sea in the Barents Sea and Karelia, where INARCTICA's key Atlantic salmon and trout farming facilities are located.
Their task is to notice the slightest changes in fish behavior, water condition and feeding in time to prevent risks long before they can affect the result. The company's biologists are proactive: they conduct regular monitoring, analyze data, implement best practices in aquaculture, and work closely with production units.
This approach helps INARCTICA maintain its status as a leader in the salmon aquaculture segment in Russia and ensure consistent product quality for customers across the country.
Quote from the representative of the INARCTICA Biological Service: "Biology in aquaculture is a constant dialogue with nature. We don't wait for the sea to tell us that something is wrong, we try to understand and prevent any risks in advance. For us, fish is not just a biological object, but a living organism for which we feel personally responsible."
