MIA is the section of SAPORE dedicated to products for catering, Italian and foreign food and beverage specialities, organic and gluten-free product, which are attracting increasing attention on behalf of both collective and commercial food service. A specific area is dedicated to pizza, with contests, demos and lessons on alternative flours and products for those suffering from celiac disease.
As well as trade members from the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, the event involves large distributors (by means of the Large-scale Distribution Buyers' Day, now at its fourth edition, organized on Tuesday with round tables and meetings with companies) and foreign buyers from various parts of the world.
Among the numerous initiatives for increasing internationalization, Rimini Fiera has inked a partnership with UnionAlimentari-CONFAPI, which has also been involved in the organization of new projects.
