Jaczon B.V.(Netherlands) is a family-owned company, fish producer . We do business more than with 125 countries for more than 50 years. We own several refrigerated stern-trawlers which are supplying us year-round pelagic fish species such as: Herring, Mackerel, Horse Mackerel, Sardines (Pilchards), Silver Smelt, Blue Whiting and some other species.
In African waters we catch Sardinella as well as some other related species. All the trawlers are equipped with packing and freezing installations, so all the fish is immediately deep-frozen after the catch and that guarantees the best possible quality. The caught fish is packed in export carton boxes with 20-24 kg net weight (exact weight depends on the type and the size of fish). Our customers are wholesalers, importers, fish processing plants all over the world .
