Heiploeg Group awarded the SEAFOOD PRIX d’ELITE for Prawn Antipasti range / May 17, 2011 09:19

During an official ceremony on May 3, the first day of the 2011 European Seafood Exposition, Heiploeg Group was awarded the SEAFOOD PRIX d'ELITE as the 2011 winner in the ‘Convenience' category for their Prawn Antipasti range of ready-to-eat marinated shrimp, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Heiploeg Group.

Prawn Antipasti : cooked and peeled shrimp in a savory marinade. A delicious snack or appetizer.

The prawn antipasti consist of 80g prawns and 20g of  marinade.  The product is packed in a pre-formed transparent tray under modified atmosphere, with a lid and label. The prawns are GlobalGAP certified and the antipasti are free of preservatives. Available in three varieties:  Garlic/parsley, apple/curry and tomato/chili.
