Merger between Austevoll Fisk AS and Norway Pelagic AS registered in register of business enterprises

Reference is made to the notice dated 30th of June 2011 regarding completion of the merger between Austevoll Fisk AS and Norway Pelagic AS. The merger Austevoll Fisk AS and Norway Pelagic AS has been completed today 1st of July 2011, upon registration in the Register of Business Enterprises ("Foretaksregisteret"), reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Austevoll.

 Austevoll Seafood ASA has upon completion of the merger received 2,768,954 new shares in Norway Pelagic ASA. Austevoll Seafood ASA has upon the completion of the merger increased its shareholding to 7,978,994 shares in the company, representing an increase from 33.27 % to 43.3% of the total shares and votes in Norway Pelagic ASA.
